Stylus Century

I recently purchased two replacement styli for the Ortofon Concorde Century and a stylus cleaning brush directly from Ortofon headquarters. Before placing my order, I reached out to their support team with a question regarding the long-term maintenance of the Century stylus. To my delight, they responded with exceptional kindness and professionalism, addressing all my concerns in detail.

Although the shipping was free, the products arrived via UPS—not a basic service like EMS, but a fast, reliable courier. I was truly impressed by Ortofon’s choice of such a trustworthy shipping method, which reflects their care for both their products and customers.

This experience made me realize once again that Ortofon is not just a brand that manufactures machines to play music. It is a company that strives to faithfully deliver the emotional impact of music—right down to the tip of the stylus—and ensures that this artistry reaches the customer in perfect condition.

A hundred years of history isn’t built by chance. I now understand, and truly feel, the legacy behind Ortofon.

Thank you.
