The MC Quintet Series is congruent with Ortofon’s unrelenting commitment to providing the most precise and accurate reproduction possible without coloration:

  • A special PC thermoplastic material is used for manufacturing of the body. This light-weight, impact resistant material is very suitable for injection-moulding and provides a very durable scratch resistant surface.

  • Neodymium magnets are implemented to achieve an optimal output.

  • Low internal impedance makes the cartridge less sensitive to load and therefore ensures compatibility with the widest range of preamps and transformers.

Intet illustrerer Ortofons vedvarende styrke bedre end vores dedikation til at forfine den analoge lydoplevelse og vores fortsatte udvikling af nye pickup-modeller. Siden 1948 har Ortofon introduceret omkring 100 forskellige Moving Coil-modeller. Vi mener, at pickupperne i denne nye serie er mere end værdige arvtagere til den lange række af modeller, der har gjort Ortofon til den globale leder inden for fremstilling og levering af phono pickupper.

Kompatibilitet

Montering af Quintet-pickupperne på toppen er let og sikker ved brug af de medfølgende skruer. Aluminiumsrammen har gevindskårne monteringshuller og monteres nemt med 5 mm eller 7 mm skruer afhængigt af tykkelsen på headshell.

Quintet-seriens rette vinkler, lige linjer, synlighed af stylus og rigelig afstand mellem pladeoverfladen og pickup'ens bund gør det nemt at montere og justere pickup og tonearm korrekt. Quintet-serien giver fremragende resultater med de fleste almindelige tonearme.
