Een terugnamedienst

De styli in Moving Coil cartridges zijn niet vervangbaar. Om onze klanten te ondersteunen die per ongeluk hun cartridges hebben beschadigd of die Moving Coil cartridges buiten de garantieperiode hebben, biedt Ortofon een Exchange service aan. We accepteren cartridges in elke staat, ongeacht waar de oorspronkelijke aankoop heeft plaatsgevonden. Laat ons je helpen je muzikale reis voort te zetten, terwijl je ook bijdraagt aan het verminderen van onze ecologische voetafdruk.

De Ortofon Exchange-service is van toepassing op een breed scala aan Moving Coil cartridges, zowel vintage als huidige modellen, hoewel er een voorbehoud is voor de modellen waarvoor we geen onderdelen meer hebben.

Hoe de Exchange-service werkt

We bieden de klant de mogelijkheid om hun cartridge terug te kopen voor 25% van de huidige prijslijst, op voorwaarde dat de klant een nieuwe Ortofon cartridge koopt, met een gelijkwaardig of beter model. De Exchange Service is beschikbaar via deelnemende Ortofon Authorised HiFi Dealers in verband met de aankoop van een nieuwe cartridge. Als je behoefte hebt aan deze service, neem dan contact op met je lokale Ortofon Authorised HiFi Partner.

  • SPU Cartridges

    SPU cartridges zijn niet opgenomen in het Exchange-programma. Als je per ongeluk je SPU cartridge hebt beschadigd of een SPU buiten de garantie hebt, bieden we een Special Repair Service aan.

  • Moving Magnet cartridges

    Moving Magnet cartridges maken geen deel uit van het Exchange-programma, maar je kan ze wel laten onderhouden door simpelweg de stylus te vervangen. Zo profiteer je van de voordelen van een nieuwe stylus, kan je upgraden naar een stylus met betere prestaties en bespaar je geld omdat je geen hele nieuwe cartridge hoeft aan te schaffen.
